Olive oil & balsamic and sherry vinegars
Caroliva's offers a gourmet Spanish sampler gift bos of 100% extra virgin olive oil, 18-year reserve balsamic vinegar and 12-year reserve sherry vinegar. The olive oil is the combination of cold pressed oil from hand picked arbequina, hojiblanca and picual Spanish olives. The oil is decanted to capture the fruity olive flavor and aromas reminiscent of apple, almond and fresh herbs. The balsamic is created from Pedro Ximenez grapes, which are sun-dried before pressing and aged for 18 years in American oak barrels in the century-old cantinas of Cordoba in the heart of Andalusia, Spain. The sherry is aged in oak casks for 12 years in the centuries-old wind cellars in Jerez in the south of Andalusia.

"The first time one experiences a bottle of Caroliva, he is drawn to the elegant design and the deep golden tone and green reflections of its contents. The true appreciation of this oil comes later, after tasting its smooth fruity taste and intense aroma of herb and fresh fruit, when the smoothness runs over ones pallet and seduces even butter lovers. It is a dense juice that greatly enhances salads and plates of pasta. Thanks to the virtues of this product, Proacec has positioned Caroliva in the highest international sector of restaurants, hotels and gourmet markets throughout Europe, the US, and Asia. To taste a luxury olive oil, like Caroliva, gives true pleasure to the soul."
